    Yes, and no extra charge!
  • What is the spacing recommended for my artwork in a gangsheet?
    .25 inches or more
  • What file format is required?
    Png (at least 300 DPI),
  • What color profile should I use for my design?
    CMYK is recommended, but we can also accept RGB
  • What materials can be printed using DTF?
    DTF printing can be used on a variety of materials, including cotton, polyester, leather, wood, and other substrates suitable for direct printing.
  • I only have a screen shot of the design, do you offer digital editing to improve my artwork?
    Yes, we normally charge $10 per artwork.
  • How much for shipping?
    $16 flatrate in Ontario and Quebec. $24 in other provinces. We offer free shipping for GTA if the order is more than $200
  • I need help building a gangsheet
    We can help you guide your way to build your own custom gangsheet using our 2 gangsheet builder in our website. Option 1:Gangsheeter - is really simple, you only need to input the size and quantity of your artwork. Option 2: Antigro - you have more control on how you want to place you artwork in the gangsheet.
  • Do you allow local pickup?
    yes, 24/7 pick up boxes on both locations [unit #4, 14 Connie Crescent, Concord] & [14 Genner Drive, Ajax]
  • How durable are DTF prints?
    DTF prints are known for their durability. With proper care, the prints can withstand regular washing and wear, making them suitable for long-lasting products.
  • Do you do same day shipping?
    Yes,If you can submit your order early in the day, we can ship it the same day or next day.
  • What is your pricing?
    DTF for Garments: $1 per linear inch on a 24" wide film, example: 24"widex40high" = $40 / 24"widex120high" = $120 UV DTF Stickers: $17.60 per sheet of 22"x10"
  • What is the current turn around time(TAT)?
    Same day or next day for both pick up and shipping. Depends on what time you submit your order.
  • What is a gangsheet?
    A "gang sheet" is a big piece of film with multiple images or multiple sizes of an artwork arranged in a specific layout.

    All orders come with an application instructions. We recommend using a quality heat press that can reach a temperature of 150C or 300F.
